During a routine inspection
During the inspection we met and spoke with the registered manager, two care co-ordinators, four care and support workers and three people living in the service.
We reviewed the care and welfare of three people and found their care records were up to date and reflected their current needs.
We looked at how the service was staffed and how the rotas were organised to ensure that people's needs were met.
We had a tour of the building and visited the flats of the three people we spoke with.
We discussed the complaints procedure with the registered manager and we spoke with the people using the service about how to make a complaint. Each person knew about the complaints procedure but had not had the need to use it.
