During a routine inspection
One person who had used the service told us "I was really impressed with the paperwork about risk. It re-assured me that everything was going to be ok. My research had told me there would be risks and what the staff told me just confirmed that."
The company policy regarding safeguarding, for both children and adults, was set out on a poster displayed in the consulting room.
One person who had used the service confirmed "I was really impressed all the staff." Another person said "They were able to answer my questions and I'm happy enough to recommend them to others." A third person who had used the service told us "They were all really helpful and I felt safe with them."
"MYA have an inter-active 'Forum' on the website." we were told by the Patient Co-ordinator. "I can log in and read what people are posting about their views." It was clear, from the posts we viewed, that people who had used the service made use of the Forum to both seek and receive feedback and support from other people who had also used the service.
