During a routine inspection
When people first attended they were asked to complete a medical history form. This asked for relevant information about medical conditions and any allergies that people had. There were arrangements in place for the practice to be contacted out of hours and for urgent appointments to be made if people needed it. In the patient feedback all respondents said that they would "definitely" recommend the practice or that they already had done so.
People were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed. Staff received appropriate professional development.
The provider had a system in place to monitor the risks within the practice environment and took appropriate action to mitigate them. There was a system in place to monitor the quality of care and treatment they provided.
