During a routine inspection
Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that ensured people's safety and welfare. People had treatment plans in place and had been advised of the risks and benefits of their procedures. Comments included, 'I'm in the best possible hands, I'm so glad it's here' and 'fantastic, excellent service.'
Our observations and our review of records demonstrated that people received care and treatment in a clean environment with measures in place to minimise the risk of infection. One person told us, 'I like the surgery, it's bright, clean and modern, not dingy.'
The provider had a satisfactory recruitment and selection procedure in place to ensure that staff were appropriately employed.
We found that there were effective systems to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received.
