During a routine inspection
People we spoke with told us treatment options were discussed with them and that they felt fully supported when deciding which option to choose.
We saw that regular reviews of people's care and support plans described their progress towards their goals. We saw staff listened to people's input about their care needs and their wishes. We saw that the care plans were person centred and reflected people's individual needs.
We saw people had given their consent to the care and treatment they received. People we spoke with told us they agreed to the care they received.
People who we spoke with stated that they felt safe using the service. People and staff were aware of safeguarding and knew where to find appropriate telephone numbers if they wanted to escalate any concern.
Staff that we spoke with all confirmed that the provider actively encouraged them to develop their professional skills and provided support in all areas of their work.
We found the service was well led and had systems in place to monitor the quality of service being provided.
