Eight of the people we spoke with told us they received support with their medication. The remaining 16 people told us they took their own medicines and did not need support from staff.

The people who received support with their medication told us they were happy with the support they received and that they were always given their medication on time.

The people we spoke with told us they were satisfied with the care staff. They told us the staff were helpful and carried out their duties appropriately.

Nine of the people we spoke with told us they had experienced occasions where care staff arrived later than scheduled, however, they told us this did not impact on their care needs and they were always contacted by the office to inform them if staff would be late.

The people we spoke with told us they were happy with the care they received. They told us that if they had any concerns or complaints, they would speak to the Registered Manager.
