During a routine inspection
He said the nurse, "Told me everything I wanted to know. Answered my questions." He said he had been able to make an appointment quickly and easily. He had been given a choice of dates and times, with the service working around his availability. He told us all staff had been,"Really nice." We asked if he thought the nurse providing his consultation was appropriately trained and competent. He responded, "Definitely."
He told us that he had used the service before, and was aware that records of his treatment would be kept. He knew these would be confidential and that he could access them if he wished. Other evidence showed that people were not explicitly advised of their right to see their records.
