During a routine inspection
People experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights. The people we spoke with told us their care and treatment was good. One person spoke very positively about staff and surroundings. They told us: 'Staff here are cool.' They also told us: 'I am very happy here; we can choose the food we want when we go shopping.'
People who used the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.
People were cared for by staff who were supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard.
There was an effective complaints system available. One person who used the service told us: 'I know how to complain if I need to.'
