Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must provide to CQC on the first Monday of each
month by 4pm a written report setting out what actions are being or have been
taken at the Location’s supported living setting located at 3 Hatfield Road,
Northallerton, DL7 8QX:
i. A report setting out what activities have taken place and who
participated.
ii. A report setting out how people have been supported to increase
their independence and achieve meaningful goals.
iii. A monthly audit setting out the progress taken to ensure ongoing and
sustained compliance with Regulation 9 of the Health and Social
Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, to include
any lessons learnt and actions to be completed.
This condition will be reviewed by CQC during CQC’s next assessment of the
service which will take place in line with CQC’s assessment priorities. The
Appellant is entitled to apply to have a condition removed from their registration at
any time by completing the relevant forms and submitting supporting evidence. Any
such forms and evidence will be reviewed in line with CQC’s standard operating
procedures.
