During a routine inspection
People we spoke with told us that they were happy about the care they or their relative received. On person said, "I was worried about the carers coming in but I don't know what I would do without them now". A relative said, "I cannot fault them they work with us and provide excellent care, I give them 10 out of 10, " . Another relative told us, "They always let us know when mum is unwell, I can't fault them". We found that people received the care they wanted and needed.
