During a routine inspection
Relatives told us that they were happy with the home. We were told that it was 'not a smelly place' and it was 'nice and lovely and friendly.' The visitors we spoke with told us that the staff were good at communicating with them, and informed them if their relative living in the home was unwell. Visitors told us there were open visiting times, and that the staff were very friendly.
One person said that if they had any concerns 'I could talk to someone about that.' A relative told us that they were satisfied with the care, and if they were concerned they could talk about it - they told us that 'the staff are approachable, and very friendly.'
The people we spoke with and their relatives were positive about the staff. One of the people we spoke with said 'all the girls [staff] are friendly.' Another person told us that the 'staff are very nice, and they all talk nicely to you.'
