During a routine inspection
Care plans called 'support plans' were sufficiently detailed and person centred. There was clear evidence that people who used the service were fully involved in the planning and review of their care. People who used the service known as 'customers' told us that they were very happy with the care they received and felt in control of their lives.
There were appropriate medication and complaints policies and procedures in place.
Recruitment processes were fit for purpose.
There was evidence that the scheme manager monitored the safety and quality of the service provided but there was no overall system which brought all of this information together and set objectives and actions to further enhance the service.
