During a routine inspection
We found the provider had an effective system in place to assess and monitor the quality of service that people receive.
We also reviewed the home's complaints system and found that the provider had in place an effective complaints system.
People we spoke to told us that they were happy living at the home. Comments included “This is a very nice place to be” and “They look after me here” and “It’s wonderful here” and “the staff are very nice”.
People we spoke to told us there were plenty of activities on offer. Comments included “They have activity ladies and there is plenty to do”.
