During a routine inspection
People we spoke to were happy with the service they received from Bluebird Care South Tyneside. They said they had regular carers who they were happy with.
The people we spoke with all said they had been involved in planning their care and told us that they could contact the main office if they had any queries.
People were cared for by staff who were supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard.
We found the provider had systems in place to assess and monitor the quality of the service. People told us they felt comfortable discussing any concerns they had with the manager or with staff, and most people told us their concerns were always acted upon.
We saw the agency checked every member of staff to make sure they were suitable to work with people.
