We spoke to people who used the service and staff. People said they were more than happy with the service they received. They were all very positive about the staff who supported them. We observed a good rapport between the people who used the service and staff. Our observations indicated that staff were attentive and had a caring attitude towards the people who used the service. We looked at the records for four people to see how their needs should be met.
There were practices in place to ensure that the people who used the service were respected and that they were involved in the delivery of the service they received as far as this was possible.
The care being delivered was person centre because people who used the service were involved in their care. Reasonable processes were in place to ensure people were protected from harm and risk.
Staff said they support each other and the provider had policies and procedures in place to maintain their personal development.
People told us they were very happy with the service provided and told us the support was excellent. They told us they would tell the manager if they were not happy with the service provided. People told us that they had no concerns about the care and support provided.
There were systems in place to monitor the quality of the service.
