We made an unannounced visit to the service and spoke to people who use the service, the manager and to staff members. There were five people using the service. We met and spoke to most of them and they all said or expressed that they were happy living at Anro House. People told us or expressed that they felt safe and well looked after.
People could express or talk about any problems to the manager and to the staff who would listen and act.
People looked happy and relaxed in the company of staff and each other. People had jobs and opportunities for life long learning.
The dining room and kitchen were accessible and comfortable and people cooked for themselves and each other. People were fully involved in the running of the home.
People's hobbies and interests were supported and people had support to achieve their personal goals and take part in fulfilling and meaningful activities.
