A member of staff told us, 'I would go to my manager or if they were not around I would go to safeguarding (local authority safeguarding team.'
The majority of people that used the service and people's representatives told us that there were enough staff to meet people's needs. One person told us, 'They have never cancelled a visit.'
People who used the service and their representatives were asked for their views about their care and treatment and these were acted on. One person told us, 'They come regular to go through things, to check that I am satisfied.'
