During a routine inspection
People spoken to were aware that they had a care plan and also that any changes in their care had been discussed with them.
We were told that the carers are 'good'. We saw carers encouraging people who used the service to express themselves and to tell staff what they wanted; we saw staff make a meal after one person who used the service had made a request.
We saw that people who used the service knew who to go to if they had any concerns. They also said they were confident that staff would respond appropriately. We saw the ongoing positive relationships between people who used the service and staff. We saw staff dealing directly with issues during our visit and that people had been given a copy of the complaints procedure.
