During a routine inspection
People's relatives told us they were pleased with the care and support provided. They said, 'As far as I'm concerned the care is very good'; 'I really cannot find any fault. X is in very good hands'; and, 'I've always been satisfied that X is well cared for.'
The service had made appropriate arrangements for people to be given their prescribed medicines safely.
Staffing was properly organised to make sure people had reliable and consistent care and support.
There was a complaints process that people were made aware of and felt confident to use if they had any concerns.
