We spoke with one person who used the supported living service, the relatives of five people who used the service and three members of staff. People were asked for their consent before receiving any care or treatment and the provider acted in accordance with their wishes. People experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights. People were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed.

People we spoke with told us there were enough qualified, skilled and experienced staff to meet people's needs. Comments included, "I do admire how very good the staff are" and "They do what it says he likes to do in the care plan and they go way beyond what you'd expect them to.'

People were protected from the risks of unsafe or inappropriate care and treatment because accurate and appropriate records were maintained.
