During a routine inspection
We saw people were treated with dignity and respect and were supported to make decisions about their care.
When we spoke with people they told us they were happy with the care they received.
We spoke with staff and they were able to tell us about how people liked to be cared for.
A person said the carers were, "Very nice."
During our visit we observed staff talking to people in a sensitive way and observed them supporting people with daily living tasks, for example cooking.
