During a routine inspection

People we spoke with told us that they felt involved in making decisions about the care and support they required from the service and that care staff were flexible to any changes in support that was required during the care visit.

People told us that care staff were kind and treated them with dignity and respect at all times.Relatives we spoke with also confirmed that they had been involved and consulted in the organising of care and support for their family member.

People and their relatives felt able to raise issues or concerns with the agency's management and felt confident that they would be professionally responded to at all times.
