We looked at the records of people using the service and found their choices and preferences to be recorded within the plans of care giving a focused achievable outcome.
Support plans looked at had been signed by the people using the service and were found to be person centred, providing staff with clear guidance about how support for each individual should be delivered and in accordance with their individual preference.
Clear information was available for staff about the protection of vulnerable adults, which included 'whistle blowing' procedures, equal opportunities guidelines and nondiscriminatory practices.
There was evidence recruitment and selection took account and applied equal opportunity to all applicants.
