Responsive
People were in control of their care and support. Staff knew people well and supported them to follow their interests, including those related to their spiritual beliefs. There were systems in place to obtain regular feedback.

Equity in experiences and outcomes
People told us they were treated with dignity and respect. A person told us the service supported them in having access to a religious leader to support their religious practices and beliefs. The person told us they had a good relationship with their keyworker and said, "I get on with [name of staff member]. We often work well together."
Staff had a good understanding of people's identities, beliefs, preferences and interests. All staff had completed equality and diversity training.
There were systems in place to ensure people could give feedback on the care they received. The provider completed resident meetings and surveys. Feedback received was included in the provider's action plans.
