Our view of the service
Homecare 2000 Ltd is a domiciliary care agency. It provides personal care to people living in their own homes in the community. It provides a service to younger and older adults. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do we also consider any wider social care provided. People who use the service live in Torquay and Paignton. On the day of the off-site assessment call, there were 35 people receiving care in their own homes. Date of assessment 18 to 26 April 2024. We looked at 2 quality statements; Governance, management, and sustainability and Partnerships and communities. At our last inspection the service was rated good. At this assessment the service remains good.
People's experience of this service
People continue to benefit from a well led service. We reviewed recent feedback from people. People fed back they were happy with the service and gave ‘excellent’ and ‘good’ ratings.
