During a routine inspection
People told us that staff respected them and delivered care in a manner that protected their dignity. Their comments included “treated nice” and staff “are polite.”
Two people told us that staff would do things differently for them if they asked them to.
People who use the service told us that they had a care plan. One person told us that staff talk about the content of the care plan to them. Another person told us that they look at their care plan with staff.
People told us that they would speak to staff or their relatives if they were not happy. All four people told us that they felt safe.
People who use the service told us good things about the staff that supported them. Their comments included “staff are good”, “staff are alright” and “I like the staff.”
