During a routine inspection
People's care was planned and delivered in accordance with their needs. People had individual support plans which they were involved in developing and reviewing. We found that people's decisions were respected and that formal processes where used when people were unable to make their own decisions.
.
Staff had an understanding of safeguarding procedures and knew who to contact in the event of a concern. A complaints procedure was in place. People who use the service told us they would report complaints to staff or a manager.
People told us they usually had the same staff working with them. People said they liked this because it meant that they knew each other well.
