During a routine inspection
The service has been registered with us since 2012, although they had only started operating as a location since January 2013. The service had two clinic sessions each week over two half days. The manager and staff also provided a service at a different location in Stoke for the same provider, and had worked as a team for a significant period of time.
From discussion with staff we noted that people were treated with respect and were offered privacy and dignity during any consultation. Staff informed us that people were offered choices of treatment and that a clear explanation was given about each option; we saw evidence of this within the records we looked at.
People using the service chose not to speak with us on this occasion.
