During a routine inspection
We asked, with the permission of people who used the service if we could visit their homes.
For some people communication was limited and they expressed themselves with gestures and facial expressions. Some people could not express themselves in any way and it was down to the expertise of staff caring for them that to assess their needs and comforts.
One person we spoke could express their happiness at being taken to a pop concert and going wheelchair ice skating.
We spoke with staff with staff who confirmed they received regular supervision and had development and training opportunities.
