During a routine inspection
All of the people that we spoke with were very happy with the service. One person told us 'I felt at ease, they explained everything.' Another person said 'They check I am happy before they do anything.' A third person told us 'We are absolutely delighted with the service.'
People told us that they were always asked for their consent before treatment was carried out. We were told 'They do ask for consent.' A second person said 'They won't do anything without his consent.'
All of the people we spoke with told us they felt safe with the staff. They said they felt that all of the staff were suitably qualified for their role.
Most people told us that they had not noticed any details on how to make a complaint but that they had never felt the need to complain.
