During a routine inspection
The patients that we spoke with told us that treatment was always explained to them and that they were always asked to give consent before any treatment was given. The patients told us that they were given time to ask questions and that the staff would always listen to them.
We found during our inspection that the service had appropriate processes in place to ensure that they were meeting requirements in terms of cleanliness and infection control.
There were systems in place to ensure patient quality and safety. We saw that patients were able to 'rate' their visit and the service carried out regular quality audits.
