During a routine inspection
We saw evidence that the home worked closely with family and other professionals and coordinated the care and support for each person. Care plans were highly personalised with detailed risk assessments allowing people to experience opportunities for a wide range of activities inside and outside. People's independence was promoted and staff were experienced in providing care and support for people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
The home checked and monitored the service and took actions to improve the quality of care where the need was identified. There were sufficient staff to provide a safe and effective service.
