During a routine inspection
We found people were involved in and were assisted to participate in their assessments and the planning of their care. Their privacy and dignity were respected and maintained. The care provided met people's needs and was delivered according to thorough and detailed plans. People were protected from the risk of abuse, and staff were aware of their responsibilities to report suspicions of abuse. The service had effective selection processes and made the required checks before employees started work. There were effective systems to assess and monitor the quality of the service provided.
