During a routine inspection
We found that patients felt fully included in the care and treatment plans. Information was available for patients and they made decisions about their treatment. Patients were happy with the care and treatment. One patient said, 'They try and go the extra mile.' We found there was no delay in accessing appointments and that these were made to suit patients where possible.
There were safeguarding processes and training in place. Staff told us that they felt well trained and supported in their role. We were provided with evidence of training and staff appraisal.
The service monitors quality in line with corporate procedures and we saw that reports were presented and discussed at team meetings. We found that patient feedback was collected and reported on.
