During a routine inspection
The clinic provided a nurse led sexual health consultation and early medical termination service. We reviewed four care records and noted that they were person centred. People were always given the time to reflect on and review their decision to proceed with treatment. Records showed that people had been involved in decision making throughout the process and consent forms were fully completed.
We observed that people were treated with professionalism and discretion.
The provider had quality assurance processes in place to ensure that equipment was maintained and checked.
There was a complaints procedure in place. We were told that no complaints about the service had been made since registration.
