During a routine inspection
Patients we spoke with told us staff were friendly, and treated them with respect. One patient told us 'The dentist and the nurse are very respectful and friendly.' Another patient told us 'I could not fault them; they are always polite and treat me with respect and dignity.'
Patients told us they were very happy with the treatment they received and said the practice met their needs. One person told us 'The experience has been very good; I have been able to get an appointment whenever I need one.' Another patient told us 'I have been visiting the practice since they opened and they have been very good.'
Patients said they felt safe with the staff while receiving treatment. One patient told us 'I feel safe, no concerns there.' Staff we spoke with demonstrated a good knowledge of safeguarding patients from abuse. They were able to tell us the signs to look out for and how and where they would report any suspicions or concerns.
We found patients were cared for, or supported by, suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff.
The patients we spoke with did not express any concern about the care and treatment they had received. Some comments included 'I haven't had a reason to make a complaint', 'No complaints' and 'I have had no problems with them.'
