Governance, management and sustainability
The registered manager stated, “Progression is seen in this company. All our team leaders and deputies were carers. If you're able to train someone to complete audits, it helps them understand why they are asked to do the tasks they do. We try to work in a creative way, using people's skills and talents.”
Staff told us they were proud to work at South Shaw Coast CL, one staff member stated “Working here is a pleasure to be able to support someone and be able to see them make progress after a while.”
