This assessment was carried out on 30 October to 2 November 2024. The assessment was carried out to review the environment of the service. No people were living at the service at the time of our assessment. We identified significant concerns in relation to the environment which would put potential people at risk of harm and injury. For example, hot water pipes and radiators were not covered to prevent the risk of burns and scalds. Wardrobes and drawer units were not secured to walls to prevent them from falling. The service was in breach of legal regulation in relation to premises and equipment.
