During a routine inspection
Relatives we spoke with made positive comments about 247 Community Support. One relative told us 'I'm overwhelmed.' Another told us 'It's just brilliant.'
We found that the consent of people using the service was obtained and that people received the care and support that they needed. The service provided safe and appropriate care because individual needs were established before people started using the service. A relative told us 'I am consulted about everything.' Another relative told us 'They seem to be excellent in what they are doing.'
The service had an effective recruitment and selection procedure in place and carried out relevant checks when recruiting staff.
The manager had systems in place to regularly check the quality of the care and to deal with comments and complaints.
