During a routine inspection
Care and treatment records were up-to date and reflected each time a person had attended the clinic for treatment.
People who attended the clinic were given appropriate information regarding their care or treatment. People were given time to consider their options so that they could to make an informed decision about their planned treatment.
Safeguarding policies to protect children and vulnerable adults were in place and staff had undertaken training.
There were regular on-going training sessions and clinical practice assessments in place to ensure that staff safely delivered care and support to people and staff.
The clinic had an effective system in place to deal with complaints people might raise. Information was available for people attending the clinic informing them of how to raise a concern and also how to comment on the service received.
