During a routine inspection
At the time of the inspection none of the people using the service were being supported with their personal care needs. We haven't been able to speak to people directly as there was no-one receiving personal care services at the time of the inspection. However we saw that there were systems in place to provide this service if required.
We saw records to show that people who used the service received an assessment of their support and care needs prior to starting the service. There were detailed individual support plans so that staff had guidance to make sure people's needs were fully met. The agency had robust recruitment procedures in place which showed that staff had been checked to work with vulnerable people.
We found systems in place to check the quality of the service being provided which included sending annual surveys to people using the service, monthly reviews by individual key workers and quality assurance visits from the organisation.
