During a routine inspection
We checked a number of patient records and confirmed that these were up to date and included records of medical history, assessments, current medication and recent test results.
We saw evidence that an Infection Prevention and Control audit had been completed in July 2013 and the practice had scored highly.
A doctor we spoke with said, 'We all support each other here, we have professional supervisions and you can always ask for the opinion of another professional which is invaluable.'
We saw evidence that feedback and complaints were managed effectively. The practice manager told us, 'When a complaint is received it will be investigated and discussed at the clinical meeting, then responded to and when we can we will make changes to improve the practice.'
