During a routine inspection
Care workers protected people's privacy and dignity and treated them with respect. For example, people said 'they are lovely' and 'they do things the way I like them done.'
People's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual care plan. People told us that their needs had been assessed when they first started receiving care and that these assessments had been ongoing.
People we spoke to had confidence in the skills of their care workers. One person told us 'the staff are well trained. The newer ones need help at first but they do pick up on things quickly'.
People told us they were able to give views about the service and felt listened to. People said they knew how to raise concerns if there were any but they had not felt the need to do so.
