During a routine inspection
Overall the people we spoke with were happy with their care. One relative said the agency was "Marvellous" and another said: "They are very good. I am so pleased with the care.' Relatives told us that carers always turned up on time and stayed for the allocated time and sometimes longer if extra things needed doing. They told us that they would recommend the agency to other people. They told us that they were involved in the care planning and that the manager regularly checked to make sure there were no problems.
We found the agency had systems in place to protect people from the risks of possible abuse. Staff received training and support to enable them to carry out their role. We found there were quality assurance systems in place to monitor the quality of care received.
