During a routine inspection
We found that people's needs were assessed before a service was provided and people were involved in planning their care and support. They told us that they had given their consent and signed their care plans.
People said they felt safer knowing the care staff would be calling and that they were treated with respect and dignity.
Staff recruitment records we saw showed that new staff had been checked to make sure they were suitable to work with vulnerable people. Systems were in place to monitor the service that people received to ensure that the service was satisfactory and safe.
People spoken with told us they had been asked for their feedback on the service they received. They said they did not have any complaints and were confident that when issues were raised they would be listened to and acted upon.
