People's privacy and dignity was respected and their views and experiences were taken into account in the way services were provided and delivered in relation to their care.
People who use the service were given appropriate information and support regarding their care and support. They were involved in making decisions about the care and support planned for them.
People were supported in promoting their independence and community involvement and they were given opportunities to express their choices and to make decisions in their daily lives.
The provider had a system to assess the feedback provided in the satisfaction questionnaires which had been completed by people using their service or their representatives and to take action where required to address areas where improvement had been identified.
We were informed that representatives of people using the service were in regular contact with staff at the service and they also visited on a regular basis.
