During a routine inspection
Patients we spoke with said they could get appointments in an emergency if they needed one. One patient said, 'I've rang in the morning and been seen the same day, I might not get to see my doctor but they all know what they are doing.'
Patients we spoke with said they felt safe during treatment and their time within the practice. One patient said, 'I have every faith in my doctor and all the staff here.'
Staff we spoke with said they felt supported in their role. Staff had confidence in the management of the practice and said things got sorted out. One staff member said, 'If I want immediate support I can message a doctor through the system and they will come straight into me after their patient.'
The practice had a developed quality assurance procedure. This included the work undertaken by the Patient Participation Group (PPG), National and local surveys and internal and external practice and agency meetings.
