Our view of the service
Date of assessment 22 May 2024 to 5 June 2024. The assessment was prompted in part by information shared with CQC that indicated potential concerns about the responsiveness of the service to meet people’s needs. The practice was fully supportive of the assessment, which examined those risks and did not identify any breaches of regulations.
People's experience of this service
We reviewed feedback received from people sent directly to the Commission, the results of the practice patient surveys and the national GP patient survey. People reported some difficulties with accessing appointments, but a positive experience with staff.
