During a routine inspection
People told us they were happy with the care they received and had been involved in planning and reviewing their care plan. One person told us, 'They put what I do in a file, a planner, with support plans. 'They ask me what I'm doing, and what I'd like to do. I have people to help with choices'.
People told us they felt safe receiving care and had never seen anything of concern. One person's relative said '(my relative) feels safe, if there's anything going wrong, he'll tell us.' Everyone felt they could raise a concern with the provider and it would be dealt with. People felt they had the opportunity to feedback their opinions of the service and could raise an issue. One person who used the service told us 'They do ask what I think, and it is okay.'
