During a routine inspection
The service provided person-centred care based on an assessment of individual needs and risks. The three staff we spoke with had a clear understanding of the needs of the people they supported. People were supported to obtain appropriate health and social care support. For example, staff helped people obtain a mental health assessment and referred people who were victims of domestic violence to appropriate services.
Staff knew how to protect people from the risk of abuse. Systems were in place to assess and monitor the quality of service that people received and ensure care and support was provided appropriately. Records kept by the service were mostly accurate and securely stored.
